PREORDERS:
For orders that include any Preorders and in stock items, the in stock items will ship immediately and the Preorder item will ship when it becomes available. Preorder items will say PREORDER in the title. Estimated delivery times will be noted where possible, but some are not provided by the manufacturer. The available quantities shown in inventory on Preorders is the amount we have to coming in and left to sell (they are not in stock yet). Due to regulations on storing credit cards, partial payments will be charged at the time of check out. Once the item arrives, we will follow back up for the remaining payment.
RETURN POLICY:
We offer a simply / hassle free returns on domestic orders. Simply email us at info@apexmodelcars.com and let us know the reason for the return, damaged or defective item. We will require images. If you decide to cancel your order or decided not to keep the item/s that was initially sent, you can ship the product back to us in unopened condition only and we will refund the full amount less our internal exact shipping cost for original shipping and and a 15% restocking fee. All items have to be in the original manufacturer box and packed the way manufacturer packed it. We take special care in packing your order, but some items may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. Please note that very minor imperfections on models, while not common, do occur. If your item arrives damaged, please keep the original manufacturer box and shipping box and email us with in 48hrs of receiving with images. All defective models may be returned for replacement for identical items only. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages in the event you moved and forgot to change your shipping address. If item is returned to us because the customer was not available to sign for it (in some cases we do require signature on delivery) original shipping fee in this case is non refundable.
