Due to the rising cases in credit card fraud, we will only ship to the verify address supplied when checking out. We will not change the address after.
LOWER 48 US GROUND SHIPPING:
Standard ground shipping with in the lower 48 states is free. P.O. and APO boxes will have a surcharge added.
If an item/s is returned by the carrier due to improper address supplied by the buyer, we will contact you after we receive it back with two options. The buyer can pay the exact amount to reship the item/s to the corrected address or a refund minus the exact amount charged to us by the carrier.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA:
Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be a $20.00 flat rate and will be assessed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please inquire for international shipping quotes. Shipping times quoted are not firm and can change slightly due to customs. We are not responsible for any customs charges issued by other countries outside the United States.
PREORDER ITEMS:
Partial payment is taken at the time of checkout. Preorder items will start with "PREORDER" in the title. For orders that include any in stock items with a Preorder, the in stock item will ship separately and the Preorder item will ship when it arrives to us.
We take care in packing your order, but some orders may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. We do not have control of manufacturer imperfections that are common with factory produced models. Please note that very minor imperfections on models, while not common, do occur. However, some models may be received defective beyond repair, and we will be more than happy to replace the model for you if available. If your merchandise arrives damaged, keep the original shipping box and email us with in 48hrs with images so that we may file a claim with a shipping carrier. All items have to be in the condition just as you received it, in original manufacturer box. Torn, scratched or opened boxes will not be accepted for exchange or for refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or internationally will not be covered by shipping carrier if damaged.
